With grapple saw regulations currently being reviewed, we have posted this short film to show a VOSCH Grapple Saw (Right) running next to a harvesting head (Left) to show the difference in operating speeds. This film was captured from outside the safe working zone using a drone.
The chain speed on the grapple saw in this film is running at 17 metres per second and the harvesting head chain speed is running at approx 34 metres per second.
